GENERAL CONDITIONS
Any merchandise eligible for a return must be intact and unworn with the price tags still attached.
Due to hygienic standards, we are unable to refund or exchange panties, hosiery, teddies or swimwear.
All sales are final for adhesive body products and items on sales.
A gift card cannot be refunded nor replaced if lost or stolen.
Refund can be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Refund can be made either by mail or in our store.
Exchange can only be processed in store.
ONLINE PURCHASES
Regular and sale priced merchandise
Refund of exchange of the goods purchases online can be made within 45 days from the date of purchase. Refund can be made either by mail or in our store. Exchanges can only be processed in-store.

Refunds will be processed according to the original method of payment.
If you made your purchase using PayPal and the item is returned in-store, a gift card will be issued for the amount of the refund.
Promotional Items: The return of items purchased during a promotion may cancel the requirements for this offer. In this case, the value of the returned item and other items included in the promotion will be recalculated based on the new terms of sale.
Any merchandise eligible for a return must be in its original condition with the price tag still attached, be unworn, and should not have been washed.
All shipped orders receive a Canada Post return label included in the parcel. Should you choose to return merchandise and use the return label, the amount of $7.00 + taxes will be deducted from your refund.
A gift card cannot be purchased with another gift card.

HOW DO I RETURN MERCHANDISE PURCHASED ONLINE BY MAIL?
A Canada Post return label is included with every shipped order. Should you choose to use the return label, the amount of $15.00 + taxes will be deducted from your return.

Please note: Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded unless the goods are defective or JSL is at fault. In this case, the goods must be returned only by mail on in the store. Please contact our customer service at 514-303-1911 for more information.
HOW DO I RETURN MERCHANDISE PURCHASED ONLINE IN-STORE?
Please visit our store within 30 days of purchase with the following required items:
The original packing slip.
The credit card used to place your order (if you made your purchase via PayPal, a gift card will be issued for the amount of the refund).
The items you wish to return or exchange.
If your order has been shipped in multiple shipments, please make sure you have on hand the packing slip for the items you wish to return or exchange as well as these items.
CONDITIONS AND EXCEPTIONS
The shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.
If the original payment card is not provided, a gift card will be issued.
