Free standard shipping on all orders of $150 or more.

Processing delay may vary in peak periods.

All shipping fees are in Canadian dollars. For delivery, some exceptions may apply.

Packages are shipped by Canada Post. Processing delays : 1-7 business days.

Jelena Styles Lingerie (JSL) reserves the right to modify shipping fees at any time without notice.

The purchased items will be shipped as soon as possible once the order is processed. Processing and delivery times may vary according to the shipping address and product availability. The estimated delivery dates are calculated from the moment the products leave the JSL boutique in Montreal.

Once Canada Post takes possession of the items, JSL waives any right of ownership in favour of the buyer.

Delivery of products is subject to the rules and regulations of the shipping company and those related to signature attesting to the receipt of the goods. If you are absent at the time of delivery, the tracking and pick up of products according to the rules and procedures of the shipping company will be your responsibility.

All shipped orders receive a Canada Post return label included in the parcel. Should you choose to return merchandise and use the return label, the amount of $15.00 + taxes will be deducted from your refund.

Unfortunately, we do not currently provide delivery to addresses outside of Canada.
