I never received the two (pricey) Wacoal bras that I purchased. I have continually tracked the items and messaged Jelena Styles Lingerie for help. Jalen’s said they were not responsible after they shipped the package and completely dismissed me. Jalen’s shipped the items in a manner that required a signature upon delivery. The postal carrier left a form for me to sign and to reschedule delivery. I did so and have repeatedly called and messaged and tracked the items with the carrier and no one can find or redeliver the package. Total irresponsibility by this seller by not even trying to help AND by using a signature-required delivery method for two bras without asking the buyer if they will be available to sign for the package — and without verifying that they are using a reliable shipper. Thanks for nothing, Jelena.
